This large gothic style home is located steps away from USC campus and within close proximity to downtown Los Angeles and the 10 highway access. Ralphs Grocery Store is 200 feet from the house! There's a local indie coffee shop around the corner and many other options for places to eat, within walking distance. This is a historical home with plenty of natural lighting, and high ceilings, surrounded by churches, theaters with a long history in the area.

​Ralph's Grocery Store is across the Street.  Make a left on Vermont Ave and find a ton of walkable businesses and restaurants.  DTLA is only 1 mile from West Adams.

*Public L.A. Metro Buses are 200 feet from the house. 

*Metro E Line is 24 minutes Walking distance from the Lodge.

*12 Bedrooms with 6 Bathrooms.  This communal Student-Artist Home is very spacious and accommodating for all residents.  The communal rooms inspire residents to board here for as long as they desire.

The Neighborhood is Super Fantastic here.  Remember, when moving to any large city, the location is very important.

The Grocery Store is literally across the street.  This makes life for any Student, Artist, working Professional much easier.  No driving needed. Less wear and tear on your vehicle.   Walking is healthy.  Get a good hat and shoes because "walking in L.A." is actually making a come back.  West Adams Lodge is located on a trifecta of major Blvds.  Hoover, Adams and Vermont.  Many hidden gems.  From Acting theatre's, Target, Trader Joes, lol, to the Public assessable outdoor Swimming Pools on USC campus.  Pay per day.. To gyms, Golds and L.A. fitness are downtown.  To 4 Train stations all 1 mile or less from the house.  To the Korean, Mexican, Latin, Asian Restaurants making some of the best food in the Country.  Comparable to New York City.  I think L.A. hot dogs are much better than NYC.   The Music venues and museums of DTLA are 1 mile away.  The beaches are 6 miles.  We get the Beach breeze at this location.  The Entertainment company hubs, and Hollywood is a 30 minutes drive with traffic.  The Parks, the airbnb's, the camping, the mountains.  It's all here.  There is a heavy LAPD pressance in this area as ten's of thousands of USC students live in this zip code. There are many, many Churches, libraries, Temples,  historic homes and sky scrapers in a 2 mile radius.  The Basketball Arena, Convention Center and Soccer Stadium and Baseball Stadium are all super close.  Explore google maps!  Thank you.

Mission & History

Geoffrey, originally from MD-FL, moved to Hollywood in 2011.  He established the Bohemian Oasis Lodge (BOL) as a young actor and DJ pursuing a Life in Los Angeles. Geoff fills a high demand for affordable housing in LA while providing working professionals and students with opportunities to connect with like minded individuals in a growing and evolving community. Nature hikes,  Wellness-intentions and good manners is Geoff's happy places. We are all on a journey to learning how to live Happier.  And these houses are a major Key to this Journey.  Feng Shui!

Safety & Protocol

All tenants are to submit to a background check and invited to tour the space with the resident house manager upon entry.

All tenants are to read and sign a list of rules agreeing to not abuse drugs or alcohol on the premises and are encouraged to seek help from appropriate places of support in such case. House Rule Signs posted on walls.

Safety protocol is to document via photo and or video any issues that compromise safety while detailing time, place and all involved and report to local authorities and/or resident house managers.​​​

Shared Living

Rooms are shared. Tenants are given space in a large home where they are provided a bed, as well as an assigned cabinet and dresser. The format allows for the rent to stay affordable and helps boost accountability while minimizing loneliness.

Shared living also allows for members to practice communication, tolerance, conflict resolution, and teamwork.

Saftey Net - Rent and Basic Living Costs are Greatly reduced compared to the local and national averages.
