Mission & History
Geoffrey, originally from Maryland-Florida, established the Bohemian Oasis Lodge (BOL) as a young actor (27) and DJ pursuing his dreams in Los Angeles. Geoffrey moved to Hollywood in October, 2011, after re-visting living near Washington D.C., and Orlando after graduating with a degree in Marketing from UCF. Work experience from Restaurants, Hotels, Sales to professional DJ.
Geoff values balance, peace, healthy holistic life styles, multi dimensional genre eclectic Music, Movies, fashion, cities, country sides and an anti-bullying environment, open to the same kind of Arts and co-exist cultures and stable, affordable rent! Geoff believes in God and accepts all Religions who want to live at his houses in peace and harmony with their roommates.
I thank my parents for doing the best they could to raise me at an early age. I began paying for a lot of my own stuff at 16, but they gave me free rent until I moved out at 18. Love you.

Safety & Protocol
All tenants are to submit to a background check and invited to tour the space with the resident house manager upon entry.
All tenants are to read and sign a list of rules agreeing to not abuse drugs or alcohol on the premises and are encouraged to seek help from appropriate places of support in such case.
Safety protocol is to document via photo and or video any issues that compromise safety while detailing time, place and all involved and report to local authorities and/or resident house managers.
Shared Living
Rooms are shared. Tenants are given space in a large home where they are provided a bed, as well as an assigned Pantry, fridge and Wardrobe. The format allows for the rent to stay affordable and helps boost accountability while minimizing loneliness.
Shared living also allows for members to practice communication, tolerance, conflict resolution, and teamwork & save lots of time & $$.
Victory house is the most Luxurious, posh House out of the bunch. The 4 bathrooms, floors, walls, everything in the house is newly remodeled as of 2024. It is very spacious. The yards are huge. The location is great. You are 10 minutes drive to Hollywood or West Hollywood. It feels less chaotic in this part of the San Fernando Valley compared to living in the L.A. valley. It almost feels like a resort. There are so many places to sit, hang out, lay out, relax, hang with friends, meditate, work out, stretch, film stuff, play music out loud, cook, eat, and sleep on this property! Modern furniture mixed with some antique, eclectic art works. Bohemian - sheik. Its bright inside, but with ample darkening shades, it's great to sleep here. Ductless Air conditioning with central heat and air keeps this 4,300 square foot mini mansion cozy-fresh all year.
There are 3 L.A. fitness gyms in 3 mile radius, plenty of custom gyms, 10 minutes from Burbank, 10 minutes from Sherman Oaks. We are on the north-west edge of North Hollywood, which has lots of independent businesses and the Subway connection. Malibu to Santa Monica to Thousand oaks, Northridge are all major hubs next to Victory Lodge. Cheap car washes and ample friendly street parking. Buses are walking distance to the house. The oldest Tiki bar is walking distance to the house. There is poke to a Mexican Grocery store. Target is 5 minutes drive. Too much to list. The neighborhood streets are wide here. The San Fernando Valley is easier to commute and live compared to the Hollywood side. The property is on a corner Lot. Across the street are businesses. It feels very private behind our Garden-walls.
