Geoffrey, originally from Florida, established the Bohemian Oasis Lodge (BOL) as a young actor and DJ pursuing his dreams in Los Angeles. Geoff fills a high demand for affordable housing in LA while providing working professionals and students with opportunities to connect with like minded individuals in a growing and evolving community.

Safety & Protocol
All tenants are to submit to a background check and invited to tour the space with the resident house manager upon entry.
All tenants are to read and sign a list of rules agreeing to not abuse drugs or alcohol on the premises and are encouraged to seek help from appropriate places of support in such case.
Safety protocol is to document via photo and or video any issues that compromise safety while detailing time, place and all involved and report to local authorities and/or resident house managers.
Shared Living
Rooms are shared. Tenants are given space in a large home where they are provided a bed, as well as an assigned cabinet and dresser. The format allows for the rent to stay affordable and helps boost accountability while minimizing loneliness.
Shared living also allows for members to practice communication, tolerance, conflict resolution, and teamwork.
